Storing your chocolates
I want you to enjoy your chocolates at their best, so our suggestion is that you should eat them within three weeks of delivery. To keep them in best condition try to avoid storing them where there are strong smells as this can influence the flavor.
Chocolate also is very sensitive to heat and temperature changes. Best temperature to store your chocolates is between 10oc and 20oc. Chocolates reacts badly in humidity preferring 60%, so keeping it in the fridge is not recommended, it won’t loose its flavor or nutritional value, but it can loose its sparkle and even get a grey bloom.
